Happy 15th Birthday, Help First Aid Training!
Help First Aid Training is celebrating 15 years of trading with an exciting rebrand project, including a modernised logo and a brand new and improved website.
In addition to providing up-to-date and easily accessible information for all of our courses and more, our new site will enable us to provide an even faster, more efficient and environmentally friendly service whilst maintaining the high standards and personal service that our customers expect.
Established in 2009, Help First Aid Training has grown from humble beginnings, with Craig, the director, working alongside one instructor, to now employing two office staff and using the services of five instructors, seeing us rise to being one of the largest independent first aid training companies in the North East of England.
All of our instructors love what they do and have tonnes of real-life experience to bring to their training courses, having spent many years in the NHS, Military and Fire Service. It’s this experience, along with our hands-on, customer focussed training, that we believe, gives us an edge over our competitors. Our customers are agreeing with us, and we have received over 100 five-star Google reviews in a matter of weeks.
During our 15 years, we have trained people from small start-ups to multi-site global companies, nursery schools to universities, staff from the care sector, charities, gyms, local government offices, museums, veterinary practices and many more. From mini-medics in primary schools, to specialist acid burn and forestry training, we’ve travelled from Leeds to Blythe and everywhere in between, delivering high-quality, affordable first aid training across County Durham, Darlington, North Yorkshire, Cleveland and the North East of England.
After incorporating Langton Medical into the Help First Aid Training fold in 2023, the company is on track to have trained more people than ever before and, with the launch of our new website in October, we hope to see many more customers experiencing the Help First Aid Training experience going forward into 2025.
Happy Birthday Help First Aid Training and here’s to many more!
