What are the benefits of a face-to-face course rather than online?

There are many benefits in face-to-face training but let’s look at the legal implication first.
An online course is not considered a valid qualification under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, as it does not fulfil the practical requirements necessary for a first aid certification.

Help! First Aid Training always allows plenty of time for everyone to take part in all practical activities, to ensure that all of our customers have enough time to be confident in their new skills.

You will benefit by learning from a qualified professional with years of real-life experience.

You can take the opportunity to ask questions as you learn and you can learn at your own pace.

Your practical tasks will be assessed by a qualified professional, who will ensure that you are using your new skills competently and effectively.

How much experience do your instructors have?

Our instructors are all highly qualified and have backgrounds in the Paramedic Service, Fire Service, Military Medical Service and Early Years childcare. They have years of real-life experience, and they bring this knowledge to their courses to ensure that your training is high-quality and relevant.
