Christmas is almost here and it’s time for our yearly round-up, in what has been Help First Aid Training’s busiest and most positive year to date.
We’ve employed another member of staff in the office, so your calls, enquiries and bookings are answered faster and more efficiently than ever before. Our instructor numbers are increasing too, meaning we can offer the same high quality, value for money training with even greater flexibility.
We’ve also extended the range of first aid training courses that we are able to offer. As well as our core First Aid at Work courses, we now also provide Fire Warden Training, Evac Chair Training and First Aid for Mental Health, a 1-day course that enables employers and employees to promote a positive mental health culture within their workplace. More information on all of our courses can be found on our website; https://helpfirstaidtraining.co.uk/courses
Help First Aid Training has instructed a total of 273 courses in 2024. 3218 first aiders qualified with us this year, so that’s 3218 people who, if called upon, now have the confidence and knowledge to practice their first aid skills in the workplace and in their community.
We run open courses from our business centre in Shildon but in 2024, around 50% of our first aid training took place onsite, meaning that our customers were able to learn and refresh their first aid skills in their workplace.
This year, our instructors have travelled from Newcastle to Normanton, Eaglescliffe to Easington, and Darlington to Durham delivering a range of first aid courses across the North East to factories, charities, churches, schools, colleges, nurseries, local businesses and multi-site organisations.
2024 has seen Help First Aid Training undergo a rebrand and we now have a fresh, bright logo and a fantastic new website, offering our customers all of the up-to-date information they need and more. Take a look at www.helpfirstaidtraining.co.uk
Our Google Reviews continue to flood in and we are on course to have achieved 250 five-star reviews in the New Year. We are so grateful to each and every person who has taken the time to leave us a review and we really appreciate all of our customer’s feedback.
Here's to a great 2025!
